There are better dog trainers out there that aren’t in for the money. We met the owner Steve at Home Depot with our Cane Corso and he encouraged us to put her in their board and train program for 4 weeks. We thought we were going to have an issue with aggression but he assured us “she isn’t aggressive she is just fearful and we need to build her confidence” and they would continue to help us after the 4 weeks with “lifetime support just call and make an appointment.” After 4 weeks we pick her up from a trainer that didn’t work with her and were sent home. We went back a week later because we were having some issues. Met with the trainer that did work with her and he said “I should have been here when you picked her up” and Steve was typing up our take home instructions while we were there. It’s been a few months now after 2 canceled appointments they tell us they refuse to work with us. Apparently she is too aggressive. So “too aggressive” must be her wanting attention from there employees at the training center and also at the dog daycare. So much for “lifetime support.” They only want to fill their appointment slots with new paying customers. There are photos posted of our “aggressive” Cane Corso with her trainer that refuses to work with her.
P.S. Don’t board your dogs with them. They had a German Shepherd there for a man in Iraq and it got out and was...
Read moreI will absolutely never board my dog here again and advise that you do not either. I called and left multiple voicemails requesting that they call me back so I could check on my Dutch Shepherd while out of town. I never received a call back and when I went to pick her up, they said that the phones ring at the other training location so they didn’t know I’d called. I asked if they had another number to call them directly and they said there’s just one number. When she was brought out from the back, her tail was completely chewed down to the skin and she was actively bleeding from multiple locations. I went back to ask them about this and they said that she was just anxious. She has been boarded many times at other facilities without any issues at all. The staff there just said that they were understaffed and gave no other justification for why they did not call me to update me about her condition and ask how I would like to proceed. I would have driven back home if I had know that they did not have the staff available to care for the amount of dogs that they were boarding. It seems like at $270 for 6 nights that they could have at the very least given me a call or given some...
Read moreScammers. Don't take your dog here if you want to see them alive when you come and pick up. Idk how they're still in business in this state with all these fake reviews. Thank you for your reply. Goes on to show that you don't have it together there with a bunch of new employees. You weren't professional on the phone initially while taking down information. You failed to check in our pet properly. You didn't check any paperwork. Did not check up to date vaccinations. Upon check-out, which took 30-45 minutes. You threatened to hold our pet hostage after finally locating our correct dog. You have untrained staff that work there and this alone is a concern as to how you treat animals. No customer service whatsoever. Definitely not a competent and safe environment...
