TCW Equipment — Local services in Santa Rosa

Ordered my Jabsco SQN 20 flexible impeller pump on august 9. it arrived october 1. It was in an ill fitting box with no documentation, no manuals, no instructions, no wiring diagram, no parts list. The whole thing is in pretty rough shape with all the wheels worn, the handle corroded, much of the paint scratched and tool marks all over it. Inside of motor fan housing not painted and pretty rusty. Rubber cover on the bottom worn down. Power cable all scratched and dirty. Looks used or reconditioned. call tcw talk to kyle and they offer me $100 to keep it as is and say it is all new parts but can't explain the poor manufacturing. I only want replacement. They say I can ship it to them at my own cost and they will look at it and decide what to do, maybe make a new one with some parts from the old pump as some parts are discontinued, turnaround time 2-3 weeks. Remember I just paid $2562 for a new pump. I only want a new pump. Argue back and forth forever. Kyle gets manager and they agree to pay shipping for me to return it. I want replacement, don't want money back. She gets mad and starts yelling saying they won't do business with me anymore. I tell her I'll keep the pump I just want the manuals. She says they never give any manuals or instructions. She says they make the controller themselves and don't make a manual. She said it will need service and parts and they won't do it because I'm so horrible. Hard to hear with her screaming but I think she said she has wonderful customers. I opened my distillery about a year ago and then I quickly realized all the different hoses, tanks, and pumps that would make my life easier to have. Since then, I have a purchase a small army of equipment from TCW. Every time I need something, I check here first.

The team at TCW is super responsive, knows their equipment, and always willing to help. They have walked me through what filters to buy, the pros and cons of each hose, even if I should get wheels on my bottling line or not.

Even after purchasing I have called them at least 10 times with questions and they always patiently answer them all. Even when I had a few timers that weren't working, then no questions asked sent out replacements.
