I have to say I'm totally blown away with what the guys at Cartronics pulled off for me today. Dan, Doug and the entire crew is amazing and the service they provided me today was above and beyond my wildest dreams. I went in for just a simple update to my clunky (2012) stereo system and they completely transformed my stereo into a modern work of art. Welcome to 2018!! The new system is light years above what was stock in my truck. Everything was updated, stereo, speakers as well as a nifty back up camera that automatically turns on when I put it the truck into reverse. No more hitting poles or running over trash bins as I can now see it all. The stereo itself is crazy nice and the speakers that they installed make this thing sound unlike anything I've heard before. Keep in mind that these guys are really busy and I had to schedule TWO WEEKS in advance! This is a GOOD thing as it shows that they are in high demand and come highly recommended. Doug was nice enough to call me Saturday before they closed and confirmed my upcoming Monday morning appointment. The shop is immaculate and you can tell that they go to great lengths to do the job right the first time. You also have to make time to spend there just checking out all the cool stuff including kicking stereo systems as well as anything you look for in ATV and water crafts. Talk about a one stop shop, this place has it all. I cannot say enough about my experience there today and I'll send all my friends and family there to see Dan and the guys, these guys are the good standard in stereo equipment installation hands down. Thanks Dan, Doug and the crew for such a great experience today, I look forward to coming back when I need...

Scheduled for these guys to do a hard wire for a radar on my Mclaren, and I had reached out to about 3 other shops in the surrounding area - Aaron was the first to get back to me with direct and accurate replies, and the price was great. I ended up having to reschedule due to transportation logistics of the car I had just bought, and they were really easy going with my reschedule, which as a customer, I really appreciate. Finally got it in, and they were communicative, easy, friendly, and did wonderful work. Moving forward any relevant type of work I need done on any of my cars, I will 100% come back to them, and also recommend to my friends.

I'm big on customer service and this place was top notch. Happy, and positive energy....on top of the quality work.

UPDATE: Had another new car and had them do the hard wire install for the radar detector. Easy in and our process and simple. Aaron always has gone beyond expectation for customer service, and when I booked it, he even provided me suggestions of ideal bracket hardware that would fit and look best...

Their service could be a little bit better. I've always felt like they have been a little short but I can only imagine how many people they get just window shopping and never buying anything. This is by far the most premium car audio business in the area. You pay for quality here but they stand behind their work and you won't have to worry about any issues with their install. I've paid for cheap car audio equipment in the past and buying quality pays for itself when you never have to replace anything. I bought an amp from them and actually wired it wrong and they warrantied it for free even with it...
