Anytime Fitness — Local services in Santa Rosa

I somehow always come back. I recently enrolled to the gym again. I tried other ones but, honestly wasn’t happy with staff specially the cleanliness. I had a particularly exceptional experience this time as I do always. Stephanie has always signed me up and she is incredible. Always checking in to make sure everything is working out as it should and answering all my questions. First time I had someone different signing me up. Fernando!! He was in short words, if I had the chance to give a higher rating I would. He made me feel so comfortable. He took the time to explain every question with details. Talked about my goal and how to get there. He showed me how to use the equipment and made sure I knew which to use for the areas I wanted to focus on. I can’t find a better word to use but, exceptional. I will definitely be getting his services. I am back and won’t be going anywhere else. The gym is always kept very clean....

Be careful about their bad cancellation process before signing up to this gym. They will set your account to auto renewal and the only way to cancel is to write a letter to their billing company in Arkansas which is a bad business practice because I didn’t have to write a letter to sign up and the process was easy and quick that was done at the gym so why make the process to cancel very difficult.

This is where I signed up and this is the gym that setup the auto renewal. I know someone who signed up at this branch after I signed up here and experienced the same.

I made this review because I want people to be aware of this business process that we experienced with the hope they will not experience the same.

A fitness space is a very personal choice, but here's what I like about Santa Rosa Ave Anytime Fitness.

Diversity - there are all kinds, genders, ages, from all parts of town. This makes me feel comfortable and accepted. Lateral elliptical machine - not many gyms have this kind of elliptical. Love it. Large floorwork room - hardly ever used by classes so almost always available, a very large, wood floor, mirrored room for floor work. Serious members - everybody comes in and does their own unique workout. People are not at all rude, and they are polite, but it's not a 'chat you up' environment, which suits me perfectly. Equipment provided - a broad array of machines, free weights and tons of accessories for just about any type of workout. Open 24/7 - never have to worry about...
