100% worth the drive from Lakewood Ranch to my now favorite (more than your average) butcher shop! Several friends have raved about the marinated meat they get from here. I’m usually not a fan of marinated meats because I like to do that myself but they have a unique process they use with their marinating machine (I just made that up because I don’t know what it’s called but I know what it does! Anyway, the owners are very friendly and they have premium meats and a big selection of rubs, marinades, sides and pre-prepped appetizers. They had the Australian Roast Lamb that I had been looking for all over town for and some gorgeous bone in rib-eye’s, all cut to the exact same thickness, which will make my husband very happy when he grills them.
