Over the recent holidays, our washing machine stopped operating. We reached out to Andrew. He took time on New Year's Eve to reach out to us to gather information concerning the machine, and promptly scheduled an appointment.
During the appointment, he quickly diagnosed what the issue was, and was able to fix it. He also explained to us how we could perform the fix, if the issue ever arose again in the future.
Even though we hadn't originally mentioned it to Andrew, we were also having an issue with our refrigerator's ice maker. During the service call for the washer, he quickly identified the issue with the ice maker, and fixed it.

Read moreI needed to replace a part in my refrigerator and reached a point in the installation where I could have done more damage than good. I called Bloom Appliance and talked with Andrew. He listened (an important point) and then asked if I could send the model number to him. He reviewed the schematic for my model and gave advice on technique. He then offered to come to the house if necessary. Emboldened by his counsel, I was able to successfully complete the install. Told Andrew I would be happy to pay a consult fee and he just said he was happy to help. Andrew was compassionate and genuinely cared about getting a positive outcome.
