Abby is so disrespectful. Apparently she is the owner. She told me at the beginning I would get I-tips, balayage, and the extension installation. That was 750$ and sadly I paid before the fact. Then after I got my hair done all she did was the money piece and installed the extensions and then wanted 200$ more for the installation fee? I tried to call after for two weeks and she wouldn’t call me back. Finally I called and talked to another stylist and she called me back saying if I come in she is going to call the police ? All I wanted to do was get her opinion and have her explain what I paid for. I called another stylist and she said I definitely over paid. I do not recommend this salon. She is an awful business person and super unprofessional. She wouldn’t answer my calls or texts because she knew I over paid. Just ridiculous. Don’t go here ever. Such an awful service...

I’ve been going to Abbi, the owner of Color on Tap, for over 2 years now and there are truly no sufficient words to describe her amazing talent! Otherworldly comes to mind for a start! From cuts, to color, to product lines, and especially her hand tied extensions, which I can confirm are seriously life changing. Abbi belongs in NYC/Miami/Paris/Milan, just pick the city, she’d own it, because she’s truly that good! Selfishly, I’m just glad she lives here so I don’t have to fly somewhere to have her do my hair because I would if I had to! The salon is super welcoming, bright and airy with a fun, vintage vibe. Worst service and stylist I have ever encountered. Amber has zero work ethic and does not listen to what you are requesting. I asked for lots of layers and she barely touched my old layers and lied to said that she spend a good amount of time on my layers when you did not cut my hair for longer than 1-2 minutes. I also asked for a certain type of blowout and she did not do it because she “did not have the rollers”. I pay near $80 for a haircut and blowout(their page says $50 for both) I did not request. Amber did whatever it was convenient for her. I had to go home, blowout my own hair to send her pictures that proofed I had no layers throughout my hair. After a few texts, she just ignored me.
