Novatech — Local services in Satellite Beach

We were nervous to turn over all of our IT coordination and maintenance to a managed IT company. We resisted for many years. However the time and complexity involved with making sure our systems were functioning and efficient in our 12 offices were taking so much time away from our other duties that we finally gave in and partnered with ABS. What a relief it has been! We have been together for a couple of years now and they have assisted us with all of our issues involving servers/cloud backup, managing workstations, purchasing mobile technology (Surface, laptops etc), software management and security, internet, an integrated phone system, and copiers. We definitely feel we made a great choice. Everyone at ABS is pleasant, professional and trustworthy. Managed IT is not inexpensive but we feel we have more than made up for the cost in terms of added productivity and cost efficiency, a feeling of security among our staff, and thousands of ours of saved man-hours. Thanks ABS for your dedication and integrity. We look forward to years of continues...

Before Novatech took over Atlantic Business Systems, our toners for the copier were automatically provided on a regular basis and the service was excellent. Apparently this has not continued under Novatech. I called to request a delivery of all toners, especially the black. We were completely out and therefore we were unable to copy or fax. We were told the toner would be received in a day or two. I asked if it could be expedited. We work with the courts and frequently have deadlines that cannot be missed. It could not be expedited and it arrived two days later. However, we only received one of the five requested toners: it was not the black one that we needed for the machine to operate. A call was placed to Novatech, who informed us that the rest of the toner would not arrive until Tuesday!! When they were asked if there was anyway to get black toner for the machine before Tuesday, they responded that there was nothing they could do. Won't be renewing...

I can't say enough good things about Atlantic Business Systems. Guardian was with another copier provider for the past 20 years. Barry and his team reviewed our contract and made solid recommendations on the best and most cost effective path forward. Their recommendations resulted in Guardian saving a substantial amount of money on our new ABS contract while maintaining equivalent or better capability! ABS did an awesome job of removing our old equipment and installing multiple new copiers throughout our facility. ABS saw us through the entire process! If you're looking for someone to provide seamless copier integration in your facility at a reasonable and fair price, ABS is your company. My only regret is that I didn't know Barry and the ABS team...
