Update 5/8 8:19 30 people in line. Huge wait. Only one person on the bar very slow person. Dear Chipotle Mexican Grill,
I recently visited this location and was looking forward to enjoying a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of unfortunate events that left me feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. Specifically, I had to ask for more beans on three separate occasions, as the man in the photo was only putting a couple of beans in my bowl.
As a regular customer of Chipotle, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and consistency in my meals. However, on this particular visit, I was sadly let down. Upon ordering, I specifically requested extra beans, but the man in the photo only added a few to my bowl. When I brought this to his attention, he seemed uninterested and merely shrugged it off. I was left with a bowl that was significantly lacking in one of my favorite toppings.
I was forced to ask for more beans on two additional occasions, as the man in the photo continued to skimp on my toppings. Each time, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a sense of indifference. It was clear that my requests were not valued or prioritized, and I began to feel like a burden to the staff.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience at Chipotle fell short of these expectations. The lack of care and attention to my requests was particularly noticeable, and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
In conclusion, I hope that Chipotle will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary adjustments to ensure that all customers receive the quality and attention they deserve. I will continue to be a loyal customer, but I hope that future visits will be more enjoyable and satisfying.
Another update. Super slow the cooks are not supporting the front line. If the front line runs out of food it is the cooks fault. This puts the front like worker in jeopardy of being yelled at. The cooks pretend not to see the customers. This is something Moes had over this place. There everyone that the customer can see greets them. The cooks also need customer service training
Next update: quantity of food has improved greatly. Still lack luster on the customer service. Wait times at night are way too long. I really worry about the food handling procedure. I saw the cook wash his hands for all of 3 seconds. And the night manager (mentioned in other comments) was wiping the food counter down with a dirty wet rag that was flopping in the food as it went by and pushing all the food off the counter back into the new food. Gross! Once the food leaves the bin it should not be swept back in after hours of sitting out. Also this wet rag flopping in the food bins is gross.
Update, the music is so loud you can’t order. The cashier said she get complaints daily but there is nothing she can do.
Update 12/18 9 pm with two hours to close. Out of cheese. Apparently did not prep enough cheese.
Update, 3/5. Slow greeting. But no shortage on food. Raised by one star. Each time this happens I’ll raise the review by one star.
5/8 update. Another star added. The evening shift on the line is very nice. Large portions and do what ever is necessary to make the customer happy. Line not too long and the music is at a...
Read moreTo the owner of this Chipotle: if you’d like to save your business, for the love of God, listen to these reviews. It’s so convenient having relatively healthy food options in Melbourne open late, but this location (as with many other Chipotle locations these days) is driving me insane. The main issues are the long lines and running out of food constantly.
First, for the lines. Many employees here are actually very nice and tbh, I’m surprised they haven’t quit yet. The issue is that nobody is MANAGING this place. You will have like 5 people in line, and it takes the one person there 20 minutes to get through them. YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND SCHEDULE THEM THERE DURING BUSY TIMES. Every night by 5pm max, you need a minimum of two people dedicated to the line and potentially one more to the register. It’s that simple.
Second, it’s nice having a food option open late around here that isn’t McDonald’s or Taco Bell. That being said, this location is closed for all intents and purposes by 7pm. They NEVER have the correct amount of food. I walked in today, a Tuesday, at 8pm. No Honey Chicken, no queso, no steak. I haven’t even tried the Honey Chicken yet, despite trying to get it 3 times now, because they never have it. Guys… if you sell out of your featured meat 3-4 hours before closing on a Tuesday, weeks after it’s been introduced, you are doing something wrong. It’s understandable to be out of a few things 30 minutes before closing, but that’s not what’s happening here.
Owner/manager: LEARN FROM THIS. These are not hard issues to solve. Hire more people, and make more food. Either that or just close up shop now and cut...
Read moreStore : 4999 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32940 Typically when I order from this chipotle, I come inside, and I have great conversation with the staff. I am always getting compliments from the staff members. The food is always amazing tonight. I just so happen to order a bowl from the location and I called to make a complaint because I spent my money and I ordered double protein in my bowl as well as double rice, I tried to get my refund online however it did not work so I called into the store and spoke with BRIAN ?or Ryan? Or Kyle?. I couldn’t verify his name because he chose to become very rude with me and hang the phone In my face. I told him that typically my order from the location is very good, but this time it was not good, and by the review is online, he should be able to tell that the online orders are not always the best, he then proceeded to argue, and say that only 4% of the people say that there is not enough food in their bowlsinstead of just asking if he could replace my bowl, He then proceeded to tell me that I did not pay for double protein, when I clearly did. My experience at this location was very rude and this guy was very argumentative, I will be contacting HR about this incident. He was very unprofessional, and by the looks of it I believe he was the manager on duty or maybe maybe a team leader. Not once did I curse or get rude with this man because honestly, his karma will come back to him very quickly. This should not be an issue, I have never had this issue at any other chipotle, if I spend my hard earned money, I should be able to get the best customer service. Instead, I get this grown boy...
