As a 42-year-old mama to a 4-year-old, I’ve had my fair share of excuses for avoiding the gym. my experience with ALLOY fitness has been exceptional. I chose the Saugus facility to further my fitness after my third heart operation. After completing rehab, I needed a fitness facility which was close to my residence, offered professional staff, geared fitness routines to my physical abilities, varied times, plus a clean, well-furnished, complete fitness equipment and small classes. I am presently enjoying my 14th month with this facility and have improved my life dramatically from being unable to stand up from a floor level to now being able to perform jumping jacks, squats, pushups, weightlifting, sled pull/push, ball slams and ab core crunches.
