No.... OK fine well listen up everyone. If your looking for a place to go with the absolute best customer service, clean dining room tables, convenient super easy to find, prices are good, but the food is out of this world..... well here's your spot. I've been going to Prince since I was a child and now we bring our kids. We live almost an hour away now but my kids request Prince every year for their birthday and any time I ask what do you want to eat.

The pizza 🍕 is absolute top notch they really perfected the craft. The crust is buttery crunchy but also soft (don't know how they figured this part out but they did), the sauce is so good you can't describe it in words. And the cheese is perfectly melted. There Gluten free pizza is the best and I've tried so so many. It reminds me of goldfish it's so so so good.

Ok I've also tried other food here let talk quickly about 2 dishes.... the meatballs oh boy the meatballs. They are big and just amazing Mt in your mouth flavor delicious. Last the Chicken Marsala. I wish they would bottle the sauce. It's really that good. The chicken is juicy and jam packed with flavors just soaks up everything so when you take a bite you can taste everything in every bite even if you can't stuff it all in at once. It's absolute perfection.

Customer service is #1. Family owned and working every time. The whole staff always want to make sure your enjoying your time and food. If for any reason something isn't to your liking they will make it right immediately they won't let you sit there not enjoying your time and food. They really and truly want you to stay and enjoy you time and food unlike other places who just want you in and out as fast as they can so they can get more people in.

Prince is and will always be our families place to go we will forever be live long Customers as well as my kids and their kids and so on. Thank you for being the most kind, caring, and most importantly most delicious restaurant we can't wait...

I grew up in Malden and my friend from Saugus couldn’t fathom how I’d never been to prince pizza. Having a family of my own now, he told me I had to try it.

We walked in and walked down the ramp and a tall guy had greeted us and sat us down at a table for 4 and brought over a high chair. We sat there for a few and were confused because they were calling names but we also saw waiters bringing things over to tables? After I few minutes I went back up to him and he was SO NICE. He thought we had already ordered the food and I explained we were first timers. He walked me back to my table and told us not to worry about anything else. A waitress came over and she was so nice. I think her name was Fiona. She took our order and at the end she even took the time to write “ice cream?” on a napkin and show it to my wife so my 4 year old wouldn’t be let down if we thought he didn’t have room for dessert, which of course he did. It was VERY busy so it was nice she took the extra time.

To the food. We saw they had a family dinner chicken Marsala that fed 4-6 for $26. A family favorite in our house. I didn’t think that was going to be accurate for that price so we got an appetizer but boy I was wrong. All 4 of us ate the chicken Marsala and it was delicious! And we had some to bring home. Then the kiddos got ice cream and we paid our bill and left. My wife and I agreed this might become a weekly occurrence for us since there’s no clean up at home and it’s so welcoming to families. I never felt like I was burdening anyone by having young kids there and the owner and waitress were so welcoming. You literally can’t beat the price for the quality of Italian food.
