Manger is very rude! Went to store looking for ornament that was not supposed to be released until that day. Was told nothing is being released that day even though there were 4 different ornaments that were supposed to be released that day. Then was told well we may have already put them out in November and it’s not her fault they are allowed to do that. And also felt the need to throw in a couple of more remarks. You should of put it on a wishlist. Those people would get them first anyway. I have been collecting for over 25 years you don’t have to explain to me about a “wishlist”. Ornament was supposed to be a special release for that day so why would I think otherwise? Was I angry or rude to you once?? NO!! This is actually not the first time this particular woman has been rude. She has in the past also. I will shop elsewhere now. Don’t need the unnecessary rudeness...

Some stuff is over priced. Only real problem I had was when I asked if they were hiring one of the people told me to come back during the Christmas season because it was their "slow" time of the year. I looked sideways at this and asked them to repeat that. Yes you read this right they told me that Christmas time was their slow season. I'm not sure what this person was thinking but Christmas seems like to never be a slow time for a card store that sells Christmas cards, candies, ornaments and other...

If I could give this a 0 out of 5 stars, I would. The customer service was horrendous. Very disrespectful towards me and my family. Something was marked wrong and I went to buy it thinking it was a different price. They did not label the product correctly. All 3 of the managers would not due anything, they all game me a terrible attitude, and then hid in the back of the store. The only courteous employee, was the cashier I had. Nobody apologized except for that cashier. Very disappointed with the service...
