Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Savage

I was excited for the store to open here in Savage. The vibe I got was the quality is below TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods, yet a step above Goodwill. There are a lot of clothing items to choose from but it is all cheap, including the footwear. Everything was straightened out and clean but I could see how it could become cluttered easily as there is just so much stuff. I will stick with Marshalls as it's right up the street and the clothes are nicer.
