August 21, 2023: My daughter and I took another all-day tour with Shannon. This time to Beaufort County, SC. Shannon made it extra special and even it titled it - "Three Boxes for Three Graves" for the three graves we visited and memorialized - Danny Hansford, Valerie "Minerva" Boles and Pat Conroy. Along the way we stop at many other points of interests. It was a wonderful day. Shannon is the BEST!

My daughter and I booked Shannon Scott, tour guide nonpareil, the evening of August 21, 2021 for his Private Supernatural Tour. He picked us up at our hotel right on time and we rode in his ultra-comfortable Cadillac SUV, aka The Buzzard, through the streets and squares of Historic Savannah. We stopped at sites of particular interest where we’d exit the vehicle to stroll and listen to our expert guide relate eerie stories of poltergeists and other supernatural activity. Some of it scary and some very amusing. We even met the caretaker of a historic chapel and he gave us a glimpse of a site that wasn’t open to the public. It was an impromptu meeting fueled entirely by the charisma and charm of our guide. We followed up the ghost tour on August 23, 2021 when we took Shannon’s Private Low Country Tour where we rode through Savannah’s famed low country. Travelling to a wide variety of points of interest, all the while listening to Shannon relate entertaining anecdotes and stories that we’d have never heard had we not been in such capable hands, Here again, we got to interact with locals along the way. Truly no one is a stranger to Shannon! Both tours are amazing, most informative and truly entertaining experiences. Bargains at twice the price! When you’re in Savannah, Shannon Scott’s private...

On a recent trip to Savannah, my wife and I took the Bonaventure Cemetery By Day tour by Shannon Scott Tours. We met in the gravel parking lot near the water - you have to take your own transportation to the cemetery. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Our group was only about ten people so it felt pretty intimate. This is a walking tour and covers a lot of ground, so wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Bonaventure, of course, is spectacular. The place just oozes history. You should definitely go with a tour company when seeing Bonaventure, otherwise you will miss so much. One word of warning that has nothing to do with this tour company--we were not renting a car in Savannah, so we used a taxi service to get from our downtown hotel out to the cemetery. The ride out to the cemetery was fine. In fact, the driver drove us all the way through the cemetery to the gravel parking lot near the water. When it came time to leave, however, we called the same taxi service for a ride back to the hotel. Fifteen minutes passed and then a half hour. I called the company back and they said the driver "was on his way." By this time it was getting dark and we were getting impatient. We called again at the forty-five minute mark and - nothing. Finally we gave in and contacted Uber. Someone was there within five minutes. Moral - go with one of the rideshare companies at least on the way back to your hotel. All in all a great experience. I highly recommend Shannon...

BEST. TOUR. EVER. And this is coming from a former NYC tour guide who has attended hundreds of tours all over the world. On the night that the group of us were doing a Bonaventure After Hours tour with Shannon, it was scheduled to thunderstorm. Within the first five minutes of the tour, I looked at my friend and said, "If it pours down rain right now and we have to leave - we got our money's worth." Shannon is THAT GOOD. He is DEEPLY knowledgeable. It is clear that he has dedicated his life to this and told us mysteries and fascinating secrets that I have not heard or seen anywhere else. He is one of those rare, dedicated tour guides who truly loves the history and stories and it shows. I'm going to be real honest here, I have been so disappointed with the last bunch of walking tours that I have taken with other companies that when my friend suggested we do this one with Shannon, I was a little hesitant. I am so glad I went because Shannon is a rare treasure. He went out of his way to make it a memorable experience for our group and his tour was the highlight of our trip. Shannon is a true storyteller of all things supernatural with history, science and facts to back it up. I would seriously travel all the way back to Savannah just to do another tour with Shannon. If you are reading this and considering going - DO IT. Do not hesitate. Shannon Scott is...

I brought my wife here on a trip to Savannah, Georgia. We both enjoy discovering the local history of places we visit. Having been on many a historical city tour in the past, the Bonaventure Cemetery tour guided by Shannon Scott exceeded our expectations. Shannon’s knowledge of local history and ability to captivate a group with his storytelling skill painted a picture of the past with concise historical fact. Shannon clearly illustrated the lives and character of notable figures interred there as well as the times they lived in on the tour. From the history of the thoughtful architects of the grounds, the commissioned sculpting there with the artists who created them and even the reasoning behind the cemetery’s design by Freemasons building their homes in heaven, just ask Shannon a question concerning the place and he’ll know. I find it refreshing to listen to the voices of those well versed in American history, especially in a time when people in our society and abroad find it appropriate and PC to whitewash and erase our history. Men like Shannon are the ones who will preserve it.
