My mother went to Kroger today, alone to get groceries for supper. Went to check out, and didnât realize she was in the âexpress laneâ. The elder lady working the lane, said to her âthis is the express laneâ my mom went to put her stuff back up and go to a different lane and the lady snapped back with âno you are already hereâ. She was very rude and hateful and should not be working in customer service. My mother apologized for the inconvenience, and she shouldnât have to apologize. The rudeness doesnât bother my mother, itâs just the fact my mother is sick, with breast cancer and just had surgery FIVE DAYS AGO!!!!!! She isnât supposed to lift anything heavy, bend down, etc. She can hardly maneuver for that matter. And the fact the lady was so inconsiderate and rude is what bothers me. Then she didnât have enough room in one buggy, so they gave her two, the âbag boyâ didnât even offer to help her take not one but two buggies outside. Isnât that their job?
