Honestly I was really turned off by my last visit. They allow street shoes in so people tracked mud all over the approach and they had a party on both sides of us so they kept walking through our game. They shouldn't allow street shoes and should have asked if we wouldn't mind moving... prolly go to Corrinth from now on.

Edit- we were there 6/3/21 at 3pm. I finding HIGHLY inappropriate that you are calling me a lier. I knew I should have taken photos of the clumps of dirt and mud on the approach an the shoes responsible but im not going to make a scene filming people's shoes.

The fact you allow street shoes is enough to send any serious bowler another direction so thats why you haven't had any issues in 21 years, no one takes you seriously.

Calling a customer a lier is appalling for a business owner.

In the future when someone posts an honest non confrontational review about their experiences. The professional thing to do is to acknowledge they for whatever reason had a bad time and apologize about it. DONT call them a lier and come out with the "in 21 years of me owning" stuff. Went here for a birthday party . First of all there were two teenagers running the whole place who obviously didn’t care so maybe that explains part of this . They took over an hour to cook anything to eat, I ordered a double cheese burger and fries . After I paid 16 dollars !!! For that I waited 30 minutes for it to be made and then it was a single patty . My wife went and asked for the burger to be fixed . After another 30 minute wait . They gave me another single burger . The party ordered two pizzas and they were worse than any old gas station pizza iv ever eaten . They have pool tables in the back . The felt that’s on the tables is loose and stained so bad . The ques that you use are chipped and broken and almost unusable . The arcade is almost all broken down . The party we were a part of purchased two hours of bowling and 30 minutes before time they shut off the lands and we couldn’t play . Overall probably the worst bowling alley iv ever been to !! Will not go back to this bowling alley. Had a lot of bad experiences but this one was worse than ever. Staff have absolutely no energy to even work there. My wife used to bowl in a league at this bowling alley and couldn't believe how run down it has become. Then her Private ball that she BOUGHT from them, she watched her finger insert come out so I told staff and there was absolutely zero efforts to even check to see if it fell down in the back. Zero concerns given. Not just that I had to tell them to move us to a different lane because they kept on and kept on jamming up. Took staff 10 minutes in between efforts to unjam. Horrible experience. The hayden guy had no care to even attempt what I asked. Not even sure what they pay him for but it wasn't to do his job for sure. I would highly recommend staying away...
