Naturals2Go - Vending & Break Room Experiences — Local services in Savannah

As a newly transitioned military veteran I was looking for that next chapter that would jump start me into entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, my experience with N2G has been somewhat disappointing. While they market themselves as experts in vending machine placement, it’s clear that this is not their core expertise. Their promise to secure locations that generate 100 vends per week has proven to be highly questionable, as the sites they provided have not come close to this sales pitch. It took several months to place all 5 purchased machines, two locators on two separate occasions. They require full payment of all machines ordered prior to sending you to their training program which leaves you paying a massive loan while not making any money for several months.

Rather than prioritizing the success of their current customers, N2G seems to focus primarily on pulling in more new operators to sell more machines to with little effort to ensure viable, high-traffic placements. I had several folks in my training class from the same small area where they not only have to compete with each other but with already well established other operators who also happen to be trainers for N2G. Just seems kind of shady that they lure you in with these grand promises of easy success and fail to mention how many other N2G operators are in your immediate area plus outside vending companies in addition. The lack of follow-through and accountability in rectifying poor site selections raises concerns about the effectiveness and sustainability of their business model.

The “Lifetime Warranty Program” where they boast easy relocation if their initial placement doesn’t have the vends per week they promised is a joke. The cost to physically relocate is left on you as the operator to figure out and shoulder. In addition, they’ll make you as the operator feel like you’re failing by mandating training sessions to optimize your location prior to finding new locations which sets you back even further because they have a multiple month delay in this process since they’re so backed up with relocation requests.

If you are considering working with N2G, I would strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence before committing, as their execution does not align with the expectations they set.

One of the only positive comments I’ll leave is that my second locator, Azunna, was a real rockstar. Not only did he take time to get to know me as an operator to learn about the way I want to run my business but he also hustled hard while he was in my area finding good locations. He is a natural at speaking with strangers and getting to know potential customers to get you a machine placement.

Overall, you’re paying over market dollar if you go with N2G. They’ll teach you some helpful things at the in person training and throughout the process but looking back now I don’t think these services validate the astronomical price tag they’ll charge you per machine. I can buy 2+ new machines for the price of their one in comparison now that I have my feet on the ground and could have figured a lot of this out on my own. A costly learning lesson in my opinion so proceed...

Unfortunately, my experience with Naturals2Go (N2G) has been terrible! I would not recommend buying from them.

In short, I purchased 10 machines from N2G in May 2023, and it took them 4 months to install the first one, then another 3 months to install 5 more. So, 6 machines had been installed for over a year, and none of them have even come close to vending the 100 vends per week as stipulated in the purchase agreement with Naturals2Go. The 2 best-performing machines barely make it to 50 vends a week, while the others don’t even reach 25 vends a week.

A full year passed before I was finally able to locate my remaining machines in July 2024, with the last 2 being installed in September 2024. One of the machines installed in September finally generated 100 vends a week, making it clear that a machine doesn’t need to be installed for a long time in a location for it to reach the promised vend levels. As of today, only 1 out of 10 machine meets the vending levels promised in the purchase agreement with N2G.

I have been trying to relocate the 9 poor-performing machines (as per the purchase agreement with N2G), but their relocation program has failed to provide even one lead in almost 6 months. The last recommendation from their relocation team was for me to "try to self-relocate." However, per the contract, any machine I move myself loses the "lifetime relocation program." Isn’t that convenient for them?

Before buying my machines, I researched a few companies. Only two of them offered location services for machines, something I consider to be an essential piece for a successful operation. N2G stood out because they would provide locations that would yield a minimum of 100 vends per week or they would relocate the machine to a new place that could meet that threshold. Even though N2G machines were more expensive than others on the market, their locating program, which guaranteed a minimum of 100 vends per week or the machine gets relocated, made up for the higher cost.

However, a year and a half later, they still haven’t fulfilled their part of the agreement to deliver 9 locations capable of generating 100 vends per week. They seem to have no capacity for proper placement or relocation.

Total Fail. Save your money and buy from someone else. Something is seriously wrong when 9 out of 10 machines are placed in poor-performing locations, and the company cannot generate even one lead in 6 months to honor...

I am updating my review and if I could double the stars I would. I decided to go with Naturals2Go last year. As with any new business there are learning curves but I can’t tell you how happy and pleased I am with this company. Although I can’t say enough wonderful things about everyone I have dealt with, I want to give a special shout out to Mr. Eric Kneidel. I was having trouble with locating businesses for my machines and I was told they were going to send in the “Locator Assassin” Eric not only came to my area earlier than expected but like an assassin or Houdini, take your pick. He was able to work his magic! He immediately found 2 locations, one that is on fire 🔥! And he is still on the hunt looking for additional ones! He has been a go to source for a wealth of information and any assistance I need he has always answered the phone! EVERYONE at N2GO is great, but Eric ROCKS! Thank you Naturals2Go and THANK YOU ERIC!!

Just finished their "New Operator" training in Buffalo. Everyone in this company is top notch and sincerely dedicated to helping new operators succeed. Heath, the CEO/President is not your average/typical corporate CEO. He is down to earth, friendly, approachable and seemingly genuine. You can see his employees enjoy working for him and that is half the battle of running a successful business. I will come back at a later time to update my review and to share my progress in my new business venture but from what I have seen so far I feel I made the right choice when I chose Naturals2Go! (I have included a photo of the machine at the location that Eric located for me).
