This business was recommended to me by the company I’m using to install my new countertops. My experience was the worst. Number one I waited for someone to come from the back to help me. Once that person did come to the front she did not acknowledge my presence. Just continued speaking with customers she was with. That I can understand somewhat. But not even 2 minutes later the door jiggles signaling another person entering the store. Number two, The Vitoria Rep stops talking to customers she was helping to great new person then say I’ll be right with you. Mind you I had been staying there and she never said a word to me. When I called her on it she says “ I thought you were together”. Excuse me? I’m standing alone at the counter, you never asked me anything? But you assume I’m with a Caucasian women that entered store after me. Her response makes absolutely no sense. Even if her assumption that we were together was true why didn’t she greet me before she saw the other person she “thought” I was with. Needless to say, I would not spend my money in a place like this. If I’m not worthy of good customer service you are not worthy of my money. I’ll spread the word. I really rate...

I recently worked with Sabrina at Vittoria International in Savannah to select stone for my new kitchen countertops. The selection at Vittoria is high quality, extensive, and varied. I was seeking something that had a slightly unusual pattern, while still being traditional in color scheme. Sabrina was instrumental in guiding my search and ultimately, helping me to select a beautiful leathered quartzite. She was knowledgable in explaining the characteristics of the various types of stone, as well as the different finishes (polished, honed, leathered). Most importantly, she really listened and understood the overall look and color scheme I was after. She even phoned to tell me about new selections when they arrived in the showroom.
