Staples — Local services in Savannah

Ordered 2 outdoor banners June 8th for Community Block Party being held June 19th. (They contract with outside company to do them). Was told it would be a 5 day turnaround. Received emails on 6/14th - 6-17th no banners, 6/15th the male clerk was extremely rude when I asked where's my order.. he asked me what did I want him to do, they ain't there and walked away...ok..6/16th was given "2 indoor banners" which had the wrong printed address in the place of the outdoor banners until the arrival of the originals on the 18th., the morning of the 18th was told they were on the FedEx truck in Pt Wentworth would be to Staples/Victory Dr by 4:30pm. I'm excited..Get there at 5pm NO BANNERS.. for event June 19th.. was told they would arrive on the 21st. REALLY?! Received full refund.. but now I have nothing to show for the Block Party NOTHING!!

This is for an event for the community, with City Officials, health officials and mainly the community participating.

How will you "see" that the event is right here??

Been member with Staples for more than 10 years.. Will never patronize Staples/Victory Dr nor...

Absolute waste of a place! Placed an order for same day business cards, for an event the following day. Not only was I not able to get them same day the store didn’t call me until several hours after to inform me that they didn’t have paper to print them, to add insult to injury they told me I could call another staples to see if they have the paper and would move the order over while also telling me the other store is short staffed so they probably couldn’t help me! And finally my only option was to wait 3-5 business days for my “same day order”! What an unprofessional operation and clueless staff! Staples advertising daily how they can help your business but all you did was hurt my business!...

Because when I arrived to pick up my online order of ink, I asked an employee about the self-pickup location (which is supposedly to alleviate the middle-man and I'm under the impression that the idea is that I can just go to the location and take my item and leave).

However, this woman wasted 8 minutes of my time by making me feel like a crook... I finally saw the location on my own and she continued to make me wait for her to download something on her phone to ensure that I wasn't lying and then proceeded to make me show her my license at the counter, when I shouldn't have been made to go to the counter....
