We’ve been to multiple Cook Out locations and I must say this by far was the best experience. For a Saturday night at midnight no less. The drive-thru had lots of cars but the staff did excellent in keeping things moving ! My husband runs a restaurant so to hear him say when he looked inside that all staff was moving and cleaning as they went, was a huge plus. (Especially since he said they were mostly younger people working. That kind of work ethic is hard to find nowadays) I got a butterfinger milkshake and corn dogs. I forgot to take a picture of my dogs but they were hot and not greasy like the corn dogs from the pooler location. Great job cook out. Whoever your manager and staff was Saturday night 2-24-24, did an excellent job.

Myy first time dining here and it was good. I thought they may have had actual ¼lb burgers. They do use patties as other chains do, however, they are much better tasting then competitors. The restaurant was clean and a nice dining area. The bathroom was clean as well. The men's room soap dispenser does need working on. Staff was friendly and helpful understanding the menu. Many great selections of burgers and with reasonable prices. I ordered a Cheddar burger w/ 2 sides, and I think it actually cost less then my last Whopper or Big Mac. Overall, don't miss great tasting burgers.

The Lady's at the register were super nice. The food came out relatively fast. I ordered the Cajun chicken, Cajun fries, and a corn dog. The fries were warm but they had Cajun seasoning on them which is a plus! I always order Cajun fries and I think they always forget to put the seasoning on, not this time! The corn dog was good but my cajun chicken was really dry. It still had good flavor, I guess I came kinda late and that chicken was probably sitting in the warming tray a little long? I'll still give it another try, mainly because the employees were really nice.

So my food when I went here I went to the one on skidaway this is a newly built facility we only had one on the South side so this is my first time going to this location. I got the bigger tray. So I got a burger and I got the walking tacos and a corn dog with a huge tea. I believe I got a chicken wrap or something like that. Here is where the problem come in at the window was a young white girl and I asked her that they have ranch dressing and honey mustard for dipping sauce. She said yes proceeded to give me some ketchup and a mustard for the corn dog I got. Because that's what I asked for and when she went to give me the dipping sauce she had the two cups of sauce face in one another and I just grabbed them through them in the bag kept going right. When I stop to actually eat my food which was not too long after that. I noticed that she had given me barbecue sauce.which is okay I don't hate it it's not my first pick here's the problem she whispered something to her co-worker which was a black girl and that young lady kind of like looked around and smiled as if they were doing something weird so instead of telling me they did not have the correct sauce she tried to deceive me. I love dipping sauce if you want to say hey we don't have this but this is what we have I would have took it and it would have been great but the fact that you tried to do something slick about it make me not really want to go back there I'm not going to lie. So I actually have not been back there due to that situation. I just think it's no need to lie to people specially when...

My first experience with Cookout, unfortunately it was not a good one. I asked what Cheerwine was and the cashier said she didn’t know. Ordered Cajun fries and got regular. Noticed after paying she rang up a shake incorrectly. Went back and told her before they even started the shakes. She walked away (presumably to tell another employee) without saying a word. Shakes finally came up after we were done eating our food. Shake was still wrong. I said that we had just talked about this and then she took one shake back and said “he says it’s supposed to be strawberry.” 5 more minutes later the strawberry shake finally appears. The other group we were with also waited on their shakes, also after they had finished their meals. When two of their shakes were ready, the employees set them down. We asked if she knew which one was which, she said “no” and then walked away. Food was pretty good, even if wrong, prices were good too. Would try a cookout again, just...
