Whelan's Furniture — Local services in Savannah

Poor quality. Not helpful. We bought couches here in 2023. They were expensive to me, $6K for 2 couches. We appreciated the service in the showroom where we explained our home and what we needed. We have kids but no pets and our furniture gets used heavily. We were looking for resilient living room furniture. The salesperson confidently pointed us in the “right direction”. Unfortunately, a couple months after our couches arrived, the material started balling up. We called the store (we had paid for fabric protection) and they informed us that it’s expected and directed us to buy a machine to get the balls off the fabric. They did not seem helpful or interested in helping us after the sale. A year later, the cushions are misshaped and the fabric is disintegrating. These couches are wearing worse than a cheap ikea couch. The store has not been helpful and their advice on what to buy now seems disingenuous. I do...

The quality of Whelan’s Furniture store is unmatched. Everywhere you turn your head, you see quality selections. I especially love their Art - I always leave wishing I had more wall space for some of their Art. Elouise helped me tremendously and was wonderful to work with.
