Angels walking on this earth!! A few friends and customers suggest I try them to trim my dog, Dodger’s nails. A rescue with extreme bendy talent, able to levitate off the table with ease, escaping muzzles - he had been dosed, dosed higher and his sheer will to maintain his crazy breaks through the medication. My dog was a vet nail trim failure. The last course of action was for him to be sedated in office. We pulled over leaving the vet’s deflated. How was a groomer going to be able to get this done when a vets office and medication couldn’t?

THEY DID!

I explained the situation, they said OK. I explained I was in the car now, could they please now - they said yes. We went. Every single human there was happy and accommodating. Even the dogs on the tables were happy. They took him in, assured us that he was just scared and not aggressive. I silently prayed and hid my eyes - we heard them working like magicians. We heard Dodger vocalizing like only he can (the other dogs looked on like this was a commercial in the middle of their regularly scheduled hair cuts ) and I heard, “snip, snip, snip, snip”!

We will be back. Dodger found his place. These people are magicians. Talented, angels on earth, magicians ! So grateful. ...

Been going to John for years since my first dog who was a Maltese and now take my two new Irish doodle babies. Every single person there is so friendly and welcoming. It is so nicely designed and clean in there. They all treat each dog like they are their own. My dogs love John so much they run with him and don’t look back and even kissed his face goodbye. I feel so comfortable and trust leaving my babies with him. We also could stand there and talk to him and his staff for hours. He transformed them for their first appt and they look so good each time after and leave with adorable accessories too. My doodles literally look like velvet and shiny and so soft. They both have different hair types and he handles both amazing. Love that they also offer express grooming! They are quick regardless and treat your babies with love and care! Highly highly recommend John and staff to anyone...

This place is AWFUL. On Wednesday we waited 3 hours for my dog. I called at the 2 hour mark asking when do you think she will be done, the lady at the front desk said “I don’t know I’ll call you when she’s finished”. My dog was there since 10:30 am. When we got the call she was “ready” it was 1:30pm. We go in and they hand us a Yorkie. As me and my sister are walking out we realized it was not our dog. We walked back in a told them it was not ours. And they all said that was her and there was no more yorkies in the back. Then one of the staff came from the back with my dog asking “is this her”. She has not even been cut yet!! Since 10:30am!!! She was sitting in the back in the cage the whole time. The women then said give us 20-45 minutes. After we called out mom we went back in took out dog and our money back....
