Mariano's Pharmacy — Local services in Schaumburg Township

If I had made this review a year ago it would be very different, but the last several months the service level has gone noticeably downhill. We've been a customer of Mariano's pharmacy for 10 years and this store's specifically for 4 years ago when we moved to South Elgin and wanted to take the extra drive because of the service.

We've experienced several problems over the last 2 months, prescriptions not filled with no notification, prescriptions taking days longer than normal no late notification. 'We used to be able to get the option for next day refills online, now if it's within the next 5 days we're lucky. Most recently we went the day it should have been ready and they hadn't even started filling them yet. Add that, whenever we go in now there are different people. Every one of the pharmacists who works here is dope but Stefanie deserves an extra shout out. She's nice, personable and very willing to go the extra step.
