I got my car towed twice from here and had to pay 400 dollars each time. SO READ THIS CURRENT RESIDENTS. The first time I believe I had two cars so (my fault) u can only have one car even if both are in ur name for a single parent household. This current time (TODAY) got towed because even tho it’s been updated on the website with ALLLLL your personal information shared with apartment management only I guess that website doesn’t matter at all idk? You HAVE TO UPDATE IT ON TRINITY TOWING WEBSITE. Again UPDATE IT ONLY ON TRINITY TOWING. Called the office to see if they could do LITERALLY ANYTHING and it’s basically them just saying it’s your fault. It’s always something man. Oh don’t stay 5 mins past the pool closing time because me and my baby girls were threatened by a resident claiming she’s neighbor hood watch FOR the apartments to call the cops on us when there’s literal pictures on the community site on huge night parties, bet she was too scared to go out there and say something to that group. I’m 8 months pregnant, missed my doctors appointment cuz they wanna be funny with this towing crap. Ready to get...

Bittersweet 😊 😥 I have had the pleasure of being a resident for a year here . I moved out as of yesterday. I moved to this property without ever touring the property, just going off the website information and photo gallery due to my busy work schedule. But I can honestly say I was disappointed. My apartment was beautiful.Very spacious and modern. The price was the most affordable one I saw while searching for an apartment.I highly recommend this complex if you're looking for a place to call home . Not to mention, I had very good neighbors. Maria was awesome helping me with the application process. Francisco helped me with move -in . He was very professional and friendly. Marlene is an amazing property manager. Always so kind ,helpful ,knowledgeable, and professional. She really cares about the residents. Both Jakob and Joseph are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful as well . Definitely will missing living here. I hope the property owner will consider building another affordable apartment complex on the northwest side of San Antonio. I would definitely be a resident at that...

Regret renewing my lease another miserable long year this don't even feel like a comfortable environment my peace is being disturbed with the neighbor upstairs always stumping and throwing stuff on the floor the kids Playing,Yelling, Cursing, fighting climbing my balcony to get on someone else's balcony. Went to Management with plenty of video's i noticed they pick and choose on who they want to put out and i noticed it's the African American people. It was a Hispanic girl had a little boy by the neck making him smoke and she is still outside doing god no what. But the other kids where put out and Maria admitted to it.
