McDonald’s — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I come through here at four fifteen in the morning.On my way to work, i've even placed my order online to see if I could get it faster.I don't know if there's only one person working or what?But there's a line already, and it takes about ten to fifteen minutes to get your food.This is absolutely ridiculous.At four a m was excited that there was something on my way to work to grab something quick to eat.But this is not quick.Hire more help for early in the morning. The young girl that works, though, in the morning is very nice and polite

1027/25 came at 4:20am on my way to work bc there no cars figured I try again. Nope girl comes on the intercom and says, we're switching over from lunch to breakfast.It'll be a twenty to twenty five minute.Wait the other day, I rolled through there.And they were serving breakfast.Now, we weren't serving breakfast or lunch.Couldn't order anything for that matter of factI don't understand this place.I was kind of excited to have something to stop and eat on the way to work that early in the morning.But that's been a big downfall.And now you just added more traffic on fifteen sixteen.Thanks a...

Worst McDonald’s ever! I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, then was told to park and wait another 15 minutes. When I finally got my food, it was cold. I brought it back inside, and instead of fixing it properly, they just dropped my fries back in the fryer now they’re extra hard, and the burgers are still cold. The manager is horrible and needs to be replaced. This location needs better management. I also felt bad for the front server; she was visibly shaking, and it’s clear it’s because of the stressful atmosphere. I ended up throwing the entire order away. Shame on...

This "new" McDonald's lobby is the worst design for customer service. I've been here 3 times now. You will absolutely have to stretch across the counter while looking in the kitchen to get someone's attention. In my experience you will absolutely have to wait for you food no matter how busy or how slow they are. I've added a picture of what you will see every time you need a napkin or ketchup or in my case syrup which should have been with my order. I hope they improve. This morning I drove to Foster rd which is further away just so I could get to work on time....
