We went here for my girlfriends prom dress alterations. We asked for her to pull the back in to make it tighter and make the slit of the dress higher. When we received the dress back the beads on it were falling off. Now I don’t know 100% if that was her fault but I don’t recall them doing it before. It is an old dress so maybe that’s the reason. However the bigger issue is we were charged $50 for nothing. When we got the dress back and she tried it on it was still just as loose. The slit was not higher at all. We looked to try and find what she did to make it tighter and it looks like she tried to pull in it through the lining but with very poor stitching. My mom at 10 o clock at night had to go and pull the back of the dress in tighter herself. To add she didn’t even keep record of us paying up front and tried charging us again...

My wedding dress required more significant alterations (building up the neckline which includes a lot of lace) along with fitting sleeves and basic alterations. This woman can do it all and with confidence!! She maintained excellent communication with me and made sure everything was the way I requested it to be. She differentiated between "nice to have" and "must have" alterations which helped me decide how "perfect" I wanted the dress to be based on my budget.
