Regardless of how much you spend on a guitar here, they're not gonna be interested at all in making sure the guitar is set up properly - at least not at the Scottsbluff location. You may want to insist before you buy or purchase from a company that includes this service. I think it's essential to offer this to compete with the Sweetwater's of the world - provided serious work isn't needed. That's just my opinion though. Cheers.

As far as I can tell, Yamaha doesn't recommend this store(s) for their setups/repairs. Just fyi for yamaha...

Crossroads Music is the best music store I have been to! I have been to many music stores all over the Midwest. Rich Castro is very knowledgeable and helpful. He knows a lot of people in the industry and maintains those relationships so any additional help he can get for you. This is a jewel of a store to musicians both new...
