12/16/22: A GREAT BIG HUGE SHOUTOUT to CHRISTINE! She really accommodated my desires on Friday. I came in for a fill-in, but I really needed a PEDICURE as well. My FEET were SCREAMING for a soak and ALL the BENEFITS of the DELUXE PEDICURE! CHRISTINE enabled my DESIRE! She found a way to give me that pedicure as soon as my NAILS were done! WOW, it was just what I needed! My LEGS & FEET got a SUPER MASSAGE ...OVERALL A TOP NOTCH, TOP OF THE LINE TREATMENT! THANK YOU! THANK YOU, CHRISTINE! I love my NAILS, too!

Horrid experience with John. He used tweezers in an effort to remove the nail polish - that he put on my nails and fingers - from my skin, but he actually pulled all the skin from the tip of my fingers. Over and over and over again. Multiple fingers are missing skin. They are red and raw from him using HIS TWEEZERS TO PULL MY SKIN. When I told the receptionist/owner/manager, she only asked for my card and how much I would tip. She didn’t care that he removed skin from my fingers. The whole experience hurt - I paid $40 to get hurt. Would not recommend even to my enemies.

Salon responded to this post and said they don’t have a manicurist named John. This is not true. Also, he did not remove “dry, dead skin”. He removed my skin after the manicure was over, thinking he was picking at his messy nail polish job he did, and instead pulling my FRESH AND INTACT skin off. I’ve had 100s of manicures in my life and they’ve never involved taking my skin off. My fingers are raw from his picking. Don’t be fooled. Also, I told the woman at the check-out. I used to come to this place regularly but customer service and quality has went down drastically. My last time going was this Sunday. My last 3 experiences have been so bad. There is 1 male nail tech there and my last few times going, I ended up with him. He rushed through my pedicure each time. My feet were as rough as when I came in. He was very rude and cold and I believe it is because I am black. I am usually the only person of color whenever I go, I noticed how he would help people he wasn’t even placed with with their sandals and bag but walked away without saying a thing to me when he was done with my service just 2 weeks ago. I only went back because sometimes people have bad days but it’s clear this is how they conduct business. I tip very generously, am respectful, and quiet every-time I come so to be mistreated consistently is unacceptable and I will not be coming back just to pay people for mediocre work, racism, and...
