Azia Nails & Spa — Local services in Scottsdale

Started off great, but ended poorly. Should’ve gone somewhere else but thought being in Scottsdale it would be a better experience. They didn’t listen to what I wanted and wouldn’t fix issues when I asked… like not filling the whole nail with dip, and not spreading out clumpy sparkly polish, and the French manicure not cleaning up simple edges. See pics, terribly quality. I asked to fix and they said it was too late. Regardless, I paid in full and tipped 20%. But will never go back.

Update: they did call and apologized, and said they could fix it for free or give me a refund, but I don’t have time to go back since I’m traveling here on business… and anyway, it’s the principle of the matter to listen and fix it the 1st time especially when the customer is asking… anyhow, call me OCD, but my review...
