The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North — Local services in Scottsdale

As a business owner myself of a medspa I bought a gift card of 700$ to the spa and booked massages two months in advance !

We drove especially 50min and had high expectations, when we checked in the front desk said :

“ so unfortunately our sauna and steam room is not working “

We have a pool and jacuzzi at home we came for massages that go along with sauna and steam since we both athletes who needed that ..

We even agreed to just stay and do the massages without it being working , once entered the men locker room , everything is old and not inviting , definitely not something you would expect from a four seasons , the thing that made us just leave upset and disappointed was that even access to the pool you don’t have from the lockers room , you actually need to exit everything and walk else where .. after being in all the high end spas in Scottsdale I gotta say , worst...

Amazing stay, gorgeous property, exceptional staff. A must stay when you’re in Scottsdale, Arizona.
