Wow.... I was looking for a massage therapy location near me. Was very happy when I found this site, because they travel to you! how great. However, I went on their website to find some info, learn more about the company, and book my appointment. Instead, I found SO MANY PASSIVE AGRESSIVE comments and snide remarks ALL OVER THE PAGE! I did not plan to do any of the "rude and disrespectful" things that they made remarks about, but they plastered all of these disgusting remarks about their future or past customers all over their page. IT SCREAMS you are very unprofessional, do not care to make your new clients feel welcome or comfortable, or how you present yourselves! If you all don't believe me, GO TO THE PAGE AND LOOK FOR YOURSELVES. Needless to say, I was 100 percent turned off by this business, disgusted by the way they act towards new customers, and will be going nowhere near a company that acts so childish. Hopefully you take this as a lesson, adjust your approach, and learn from your mistakes. Present yourself in a better manner. I contacted this company after days of not being able to get an appointment anywhere else. My boyfriend and I were in desperate need of a massage so I sent them a message at about 6:30 pm and they had me booked for an 8:30 pm appointment for that very same day. I had some major knots and a lot of tension in my back and Cozy was able to get them all out with ZERO pain. Rachel was awesome! Called on a Sunday with very short notice and she was right on time, professional and friendly. And what a great massage! Rachel was VERY accommodating as I am very modest.
