In November 2023 I used my food stamp card in a Department store located at Super 1 Food address 125 Hall Road seagoville, TX. The cashier Amber, white blonde lady said; “Just a minute, I need to check this with the manager.” She walked off and I think she took a cellphone picture of the front and back of the card behind a closed door. She came back and said; “Sorry, everything's OK.” and finished checking out. An hr later my food stamp which was having on account $ 200 was stolen I went to another store at Walmart which my card was having zero amount of the food stamp account. I've called and reported to the Texas health & human resources. I was told that my food stamp amount was stolen from super 1 food store in seagoville. Upon verification of the food stamp charges on the card the all amount was stolen at the same day at the same store from the same cashier Amber. The Texas and human resources said there were made a charge on the card from the store I mentioned above. Actually I wouldn't recommend this store and this particular cashier with her name Amber that steals all complete food stamps benefits from poor people with low income that can barely afford food. On this day, I purchased about a pound and a half of ground beef. I took it home. I set it on the counter for about 15 minutes while I prepared to cook I started to smell a foul sour smell. I looked around. I couldn’t see anything so then I smelled my meat And there it is that’s the smell. So I took it back to the store and they apologized and gave me another pack so I popped it open right then and there and I said this smells kind of sour also but it was not as strong I will say the two butchers smelled it and they say no that’s the smell of fresh ground beef I will admit it was not as strong But it had just come out the fridge, unlike mine that sat out for about 20 minutes and this is the results Of my meatloaf mind you I have no mozzarella stuffed inside that’s all pus from bacteria. This place has really went downhill fast the produce has to be the lowest grade you will ever see not sure how they’re still getting away with the produce and now it’s the meat. The customer service is horrible they have a pack of girls that work at the front that are very loud, aggressive and have attitudes when you ask them to help with the broken machines I’ve made my last trip...

Update Shopping here again 07 26 24 got sale items went to front pay found that price rings up more and no one there can adjust same answer u have come back to get price or put it back.

Also chicken on the counter on sale was literally rotten stinking clerk got me fresh o e from back asked him if he was going to remove rotten chinken he didnt told supervisor at front when i left the fowl smell rotten chicken still out for sale. Ridiculous

What a scam i think i contact legal about prices not honored and health dept about the rotten food.

I get generic responses no changes.

Please check the detail price on sale items i have been here several times recent prices are not as advertised today new yark strip steaks sale 3.97 per lbs rand up 4.97 at register as i been told in the past as well as today we cant adjust it pay more than advertised or leave it as i did my whole basket this happened couple weeks ago both times the basket i left was over 100 dollars they just said sorry

I hung around for a few they put out more product miss priced and continued to sell it like that after i broght it to thier attention
