Location was not very subtle about ignoring my phone calls 15 minutes before close because they were lazy and wanted to go home early.
I was constantly put on hold and called 9 different times only to keep being ignored and put on hold.
At 11:59 I stayed on the line and waited another 10 minutes hoping I could actually speak to someone and get my order. Instead they took me off hold and pretended they couldnt hear me which i'm sure they thought was clever if not for the fact I could hear my own voice reverb on the other end of the line.
I do not want free pizza, I want better staff that aren't lazy and wont play these stupid games with me and waste my time.
I started placing my calls at 10:48PM tonight on Tuesday June 19th for any General Managers interested. Thank You for nothing.
Edit: This isnt the first time i've been given lousy customer service either. I remember walking into the store for pick up to find an empty front desk and an empty kitchen and having to shout "Hello" to get any service while peeking around the store for any sign of life I spotted an overweight man hiding in the back messing around on the computer ignoring my existence. Luckily a lady finally came before I could call him out.

One of the pizza's were supposed to be cheese only, instead I got some pineapple with ham which means half of my guests could not eat since they do not eat meat.
Called to get a replacement and they told me 40 minutes. Took 1.5 hours to finally get the cold bubbly cheese pizza. During that 1.5 hours, I called twice asking for an update. I was told both times that the "driver left 5 minutes ago with it" which was a lie since there was 30 minutes between calls.
Asked to speak with a manager, and this very hateful rude manager that gave me 3 different names (Maria, Ray, and Alex) answered the phone. Told me the "driver had a flat and is getting their tire changed" WITH MY PIZZA SITTING IN THE CAR lol. This is why I got a pizza that was cold and malformed after 1.5 hours. Now, all of our food was cold and we were reheating it in a microwave.
I placed a complaint on Pizza Hut's website, and they sent an email saying someone from this Seagoville store would call me, but of course no one did.
I'll stick with Dominos and Papa Johns. I recommend everyone else do the same.
PS: Have you been inside of this Pizza Hut store??? It's filthy and disgusting. It's nasty and needs to be cleaned up. Feels like a mechanic's shop not...
Read moreI have been going and picking up and having pizza delivered for the past 15 yrs or longer Ive had problems before ordering on-line from not being able to use my 458 points at which I was told call the corporate office and I thought to myself this should be the problem of the store I order from but yet I was told no its corporates problem but today 4/28/2018 I placed an order online at which I do every 2 weeks to be exact usually around 25/30 dollars and it took my order and it showed 18$ and some change so I thought ok this is right but when I went to my email it showed just the pizza not my 2 drinks and a total of $13.39 and no drinks so I called the store they told me sorry you will have to order 10$ more in order to have it delivered I said wait I did order a pizza and 2 drinks well Im Sorry we dont show this I said so I cant just order the 2 drinks I ordered online and she sternly says No but this is not the first time this has happened but 4 times in the last 5 mts!
