Everytime i come up to Whataburger, i will usally be greeted by a cashier named Angelina or something like that. And one time i forgot to mention to take off mustard and instead add mayo, and she agreed to fix it for me, so she went to the back and talk to cooks and she started getting blamed for my mistakes when she didn't do nothing wrong.And one tall female employee just kept on insulting her about the way she was doing things, and i would have understand if it was constructive criticism, but she was just flat out putting her down. But this isn't the first time i saw the employee be mean to her like it was one night i was just coming in to sit down and eat and their was this huge group of boys and I'm guessing that they came back from a basketball game and i see her and the other girl carrying a tray full of burgers and angelina shouts who wanted mayo on their burgers and people started rasing their hands but then when they get behind the counter she starts getting yelled at by her coworkers and the big tall girl saying that you not supposed to yell at a customer and i wanted to know what you would do in that situation cause if a huge group of boys are talking loud and you trying to figure out who order what by speaking quietly then i would think it would be rude to yell at them cause she wasn't doing it in a way to be rude to a customer she was just trying to figure out who had what on the burger and she told her to just stay behind the counter like idk if she's a manager or not cause i think the manager's are the one with the Brown shirts and she was wearing orange but i was wanting to bring this to light cause i see this happens way too many time and i go to Whataburger to have a good meal and this upsets my stomach and i hope she finds another job cause that place doesn't deserve her (P.S. sorry for my grammar i got...

Today I went, and ordered my simple order through the drive thru and the young lady sounded normal through the speaker (not nice but not mean). Once I pull up to the window she, gives me my total and I pay, every thing was normal , up until after she gave me my drinks. She went to go get the food, and when she came to hand me my food, she almost threw it to me rather than handing it to me. After I got the food she slammed the window shut. Usually at drive thrus the employee says something along the lines of āhave a good dayā to let the customers know that they can leave. But this lady did not say anything before she slammed to window shut. I didnāt respond negative to her attitude in any shape, way, or form, if anything I was just shocked because she was acting normal a couple mins before. Waited another 2 minutes and repeated āhelloā, no response. At 9:10 I said hello repeatedly back to back and at 9:12 an employee on the speaker says āyeah what do you wantā no apology. I state my order and after every item, a reply āanything elseā I asked if I could sub my soda for a shake, and of course, due to to it being 9, the shake machine was down. The last item I stated 3 times that I just wanted the sandwich and no bun. I proceeded around the corner to the cashier where I was greeted by dirty looks from employees gathered around the dumpsters on their phones. I guess this explains why no one was working. I am thrown drinks as I approach the window. When I look at the receipt, I notice the last item that I repeated āno bunā has not been changed. I try to get the cashiers attention as she slams the window on my face. When I eventually do, she screams to the chef in the back āno bun!ā.
