I don't use the portal through the week as I am driving from work to pick up my kids from childcare.I order classic cheese pizzas. There's no point in ordering the extramostest cheese as they don't add enough cheese to be able to tell a difference in the 2 so basically paying more for the same pizza. I order from here 1-2 times a week for the past 2 years as it is right next to my house. They always put it as extramostest instead of classic as ordered.I get there and let them know and they offer to have me wait for them to cook classic (defeats the purpose of calling ahead).I don't have a lot of time in the evenings as I am a single mom with 3 kids with a lot to do before putting them to bed at 830.So I've just been paying the extra and taking what they give me.Yesterday, couldn't get them by phone so I stopped by about 6:05pm.I put my order in with the girl at front.I asked for 3 $5 cheese pizzas (trying to be clear I wanted classic). I paid for the pizza upfront. They said 15 mins. It took 25-30mins (only 1 other person waiting at that time). I waited outside for my pizza. After getting the pizza I drove home (2mins away)realized they had given me all pepperoni.I called and said I was just in there and ordered 3 cheese pizzas and was given 3 pepperoni pizzas. The girl responded,"So what's the problem".A little thrown by her response as it was rude I just said,"my order is wrong. I ordered 3 cheese and my kids won't eat pepperoni."She asked for my name (which the order was under).I gave her my name and she responded with well we can cook you 3 cheese if you bring back the pepperoni and provide a receipt for proof of purchase.I explained that I wasn't sure I had the receipt still because I dont typically hold on to food receipts.I said I was barely in there 2 minutes ago and I come in there all the time. Also,my order was under my name. She responded that she had to have the receipt to fix the order.A little upset at this point as I often take what they give as the order is always wrong and I felt she was very rude from her first words on, I said I am on my way up there just have the cheese pizzas ready please and hung up.I went to my car and searched for the receipt, found it,then called her back to let her know I had the receipt as it was already getting late by this point and I wanted them to be ready as quickly as possible. She responded with I need to go somewhere else that they wouldn't service me because I was rude to her.She hung up on me.I drove to little ceasars put the pizza on the counter and said just give me my money back and I won't come back in here again. She responded saying okay. Then went on to tell me that I am rude and none of them there deserve that.(guess only customers deserve to deal with them being rude, not acknowledging that she was actually rude first, also not taking responsibility for the order being wrong, or apologizing any of it) I explained that they always get my order wrong and my situation in having 3 kids alone that I also had to work all day and put up with stuff and that how she responded to me notifying them of my order being wrong was frustrating.I did apologize for getting upset(even though it was in response to her being rude). However, she still didn't acknowledge that her initial response to me simply explaining that they had gotten my order wrong was rude, or that they made an error on the order, nor did she apologize for any of it. In fact, she blamed me for my order being wrong for not using the portal or checking my pizzas before leaving with them. She did say her name was Alexis. She said they could refund me but it'd take 3 days as she would have to have someone override it.Being tight on money right now and needing to feed my kids who thought they were starving at this point I just asked for the 3 pizzas.Total time to get my order from the time I ordered until I got 3 cheese pizzas was over an hour.Heard Papa John's has great customer service and...
Read moreI called to place an order 30 minutes before the store closed. I was told they could no longer make the pizza I wanted because it was almost time to close so her manager told her they could only do thin crust. I then asked to speak to the manager and she stated the reason was now because they were out of dough. She completely lied and changed the reason just to not serve me when asked why. She then hung up on me. I called back and they refused my phone calls. I called from a different number because I wanted to get their names to report the employees - and she hung up on me. I drive to the store and ask to speak to the manager she comes up and refuses to give me her name and stated that she doesn’t have to tell me anything. I asked for the other girls name as well who also refused. I told them I was calling corporate and she shouted at me over the counter to go ahead. I will never use this establishment ever again and will tell everyone what kind of managers and employees you choose to hire and operate...
