Hi, I have been working out with Adriana for 13 years now. I walked into her gym as a runner, in 2008. Unbeknownst to me, I had little upper body strength. I think our beginning goals were injury prevention, and pretty quickly moved towards strength and overall fitness. How do you end up training with someone for 13 years? I think it's because Adriana is really passionate about exercise. She's changes up the routine. She's always funny, and enthusiastic. She helps you create goals. And helps you accomplish goals. And because her own fitness journey is rich, she will suddenly arrive with a new set of killer dynamic stretches, or a new way to do pull ups, or v-ups, or a new set of bands instead of barbells. I have been in and out of Cross fit Gyms, Orange Theory, and athletic yoga. And I've just not met anyone quite as committed to fitness or authenticity as Adriana. Having said that, she's also a terrific coach to people just starting out, or recovering from injury or illness.
