Staying literally four doors down for New Year’s. Bought a cookie, soda and mocha. This is what the mocha looked like when I walked home and opened the lid, hadn’t taken a single drink. While waiting for the mocha to be made, being the only customer in the store and standing near the open door, I didn’t think it’d be much of an issue to pull my mask up just enough for a quick bite of the cookie. The woman making my mocha acted as if I was robbing a bank. She told me I would get arrested for illegal activity. When asked if the police would be coming, she replied: “I just don’t want you to.” Fair enough, just say so, don’t tell me I’m going to wind up incarcerated! (And fill your cups to near the top! LOL) FFS
I wonder how that went for the owner "slowing down the spread of COVID"? I wonder if he is still "trusts the science", probably still voted for Kamala, LOL.

Read moreThe store is one of the most special places in old Seattle. Nowhere else will you be able to get poker fresh food at a reasonable price? Most of the stuff is made by hand here, but they also have eclectic Laryea products that would fit the needs of a growing neighborhood For my part. I had to have the Tostitos with tomato bisque which on any cold day is as welcome as an electric blanket, and a fireplace and a nice fire. The soups are made fresh every week and the tomato bisque is easily one of my favorites, but there are others to drive. I love the grill cheese sandwich with the soup but if you come to the store do you need to try to take by Ruben right? It is definitely a zone sandwich all by itself, then I think about this food though is it meant to be eaten right away so if you don’t have a lot of time, this is Dr. Calabrese want to buy let sit for an hour it’s meant to be enjoyed right away so give...
Read moreMy blood sugar dropped drastically and I had to stop. Take 5 was right there and I managed to get inside and the gal at the counter figures out exactly what I needed as I tried to explain what was happening. She grabbed me an orange juice and I grabbed a cookie. I sat for a few minutes while they kept an eye on me, and I had my daughter on the phone in case they needed more info and I ended up not being able to get back on the road. It worked out well, I ordered more food and want to say thank you for helping me, and knowing what I needed and getting it quickly, even taking the lid off for me which I probably would not have been able to do right then! So awesome! Thank you thank...
