Went here for the tour with other grad students, the workers were nice and happily answered our many many questions. I would recommend if you or someone you love is interested in weather or models. Only downside was this werid lady who approached us and was very rude and aggressive as we were trying to collect our group. She forced us into the wrong entrance and also got in my face when I was explaining she didn't need to be rude and babysit us. She didn't seem to like that I stood up for myself and got even more bilergant. I have no clue what her purpose was other than ruin to everyone's good time before the tour even started. I'm embarrassed to say that I booked an appointment for the Rapids ID card at the NOAA for my spouse who had an expired card. We took our two kids with us due to lack of childcare and they would not let us in the building with our kids. NOT a family centric facility. Failure as a federal facility.
