Revitalize Spa — Local services in Seattle

I am RELAXED. Just finished my first treatment at Revitalize. You walk into a cozy quiet room with soft music playing greeted by Emma Hetnar. I was offered a wellness shot (slammed it back like it the the 2000’s in da club). From there I was led into the treatment room. The vibration plate was a new experience for me and it went through different phases throughout the 10 minute treatment. Next came the PEMF table. I laid down and could feel some tingling in my fingers— I’m excited to feel the benefits from this and hope it helps my restless legs. Speaking of restless, it’s so hard to turn my brain off and I was trying my best. Lastly, was the sauna and whew did that chill me out. I listened to a guided meditation that I requested in hopes to quiet my mind and I nearly fell asleep. Emma has several meditations focused on healing. Wow! I can't recommend Revitalize Spa enough! I had my initial appointment for 90 minutes and was able to try all of the wellness treatments. It was an amazing experience and I felt both relaxed and energized afterwards. Emma is so professional and warm and explains each treatment in a way that's easy to understand. It also deepened the healing occurring by knowing what the treatment was doing for my body. And it was all so relaxing and welcoming! Emma gave me privacy during each treatment with calming music playing. If I was having a stressful week this spa would also be my go to! The day of my appointment at Revitalize Spa, my nervous system and body were in need of some serious help. I have chronic joint inflammation and experience a lot of anxiety. Emma took the time to adjust my treatments to my particular needs and made me feel comfortable with my questions and requests. I didn't realize I needed these treatments as much as I did until after I left and realized how much better I felt! I would recommend this space for those looking to for physical recovery from chronic illness with the added benefit of being good for your nervous system.
