Tip Top: an Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Seattle

This is probably my third time having New Zealand-style ice cream, and I’d say Tip Top is pretty solid. I got the strawberry and blueberry flavors. Love this place! Friendly staff and the ice cream is lovely. My family got several flavors and they were all fresh and given the process by which they make the soft serve, not your usual manufactured, fake flavorings. I got the sweet cream base with salted caramel and honey pokey pieces....
