Nice people, always willing to support a family business. But poor craftsmanship. Had a ring reset, traded in a couple grams of gold, wanted a platinum solitaire setting. New setting cost $400 with the price of gold from old setting applied toward that cost. Setting is cockeyed, prongs are bent, and where ring was soldered together broke....

This place is amazing!! I broke my cross pendant and wanted to wear it for my weekend trip. I came in at 4:45 they close at 5pm. They stayed open late for me and fixed it and cleaned my necklace. Did a great job at...
