I hadn't mentioned this part before but here's a PERFECT example of it... I've been coming to Pop's since you guys opened up (If I am not mistaken weren't you once by the little marina over the bridge?) Anyway EVERY SINGLE PERSON I have met that works with you guys has been SUPER NICE and they all listen. We come in almost weekly and there have been a few times you were out of something in the front, but the person serving us either wrote a note to say someone requested this or they went in the back to get some that had been recently made but there was no room in the front yet. OH!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU for the generous discounts you give to all the 1st responders! My boyfriend is a retired fireman from MD & you always give us the discount with his card. That's really great to do that for people! 2 other things I love: 1 the newsletter email you send out. Good ideas and I like that you ask for suggestions. 2: Free ice cream cones on my birthday and my 6-month "unbirthday!" YAY! (On my birthday this year I applied the free cone amount toward a banana split that I shared with my Mom & Aunt - it was THAT HUGE!!)

My son, daughter-in-law and three grand children were here visiting me from out of state. Since they enjoy going for dessert after eating at a restaurant, we stopped into pops ice cream. There were six in our group and when we walked in there was already a line. The girl behind the counter was solo yet working efficiently and happily bantering with the customers. She was smiling and very friendly while still efficiently getting the specifics of customers orders. The ice cream was good and her prep of the ice cream was proper. A few days later we had the total opposite experience at an ice cream shop just a little South of pops.
