Only giving a 3 star because one customer service associate went out of her way to help me find a top to wear under a lace top however, the rest of the staff was snooty. I had an exchange, a purse that was too small. Purchased 2 weeks ago. Didn't have receipt nor did I keep the tags. I was told they would issue store credit. PERFECT! There was a stainless steel cup and dog shampoo I wanted. At the register I was asked to go grab an identical bag so they could scan the tags. Upon my return I was informed that they would not take the bag back because I didn't have proof I purchased it there. Normally I'd accept this but I have watched someone return items time after time after time that had nothing and if they were to actually pay attention I'm sure they'd find the stuff wasn't exactly what was purchased. So I was a little upset but this is a discount store so if it wasn't purchased there it would have been my loss because i was returning it for what I paid for it there and not the true retail amount before getting to their store. I love this place. I just moved here from NH and I visited this store for the first time last week. It was just like TJ Maxx and Home Goods combined. Great discounted brand name clothes and shoes. Clearance racks, even a petite section which many stores don't have. Also great for gifts, kitchen pots and pans, gadgets and home decor. This is my new favorite store right in Sebastian. No need to go to Vero...
