This Guy is a joke Bought a butane lighter (@14.99 from them three weeks ago, after a week of use, it quit working I returned the defect for another identical item, and was helped by nice young gentleman behind the counter. I purchased a few other items and happily left the store. I used the lighter for another week and it too stopped working. So tonight I walked into the store to get some more butane (more expensive than other stores within the vicinity) glass screens (borosilicate buttons @2.99 a piece a little bit pricey, but whatever.) I explained to the older bald gentleman my dilemma and asked him to please fill it up for me because it stopped working again.. He filled it again and it didn't work after a filling from the new bottle of butane. I then asked him (the bald older guy) if, I might get another replacement or credit towards another brand. His response before I got the words of "credit towards another" out of my mouth was met with a sharp "I'm sorry... No returns." So my next response to the bald guy was to tell him to "keep the lighter" as I turned to leave. He responded sarcastically as I was pushing the front door to exit "Don't forget your lighter" In closing, I'm all about shopping local because Mom and Pops need to survive so we support local and push others to do so as well, , but with service like this, that was received by this operation,

A guy with short hair let me know immediately there was a problem, I asked if they did exchanges, he didnāt answer my question and proceeded to try to argue with me for no reason. To my dismay, the first pen died right in the store, so they replaced it on the spot. Initially, both replacements worked fine, but later that same day, both pens stopped working entirely. Due to my work schedule, I couldnāt return to the store until four days later.
When I explained the situation, the lady there told me they couldnāt do anything unless the products stopped working on the same day of purchase. This policy is absurd! I paid $50 for these pens, and thereās no way they should stop functioning on the same day or even within four days. Other vape shops Iāve been to would have at least offered a discount on a replacement.
Iām extremely dissatisfied, especially since I had just started using this vape shop and expected better customer service. The owner is supposed to call me tomorrow, so Iām hoping for a better resolution. As it stands now, I will not be returning and will find another vape shop that stands behind their products and values...
