This is a review on the instructors, Beware of being scammed and report right away to the main office where you pay for it, on the spot or the same day.

-End their lesson 15-20 minutes early. -They don't speak much English for drivers who only speak English. -The yard is too small. -At least during one lesson, will give you a truck with broken mirrors held up by a tissue. They will use your time and have you drive to get pizza and French fries and go on a break!!!!!!!! Will drive the truck instead of instructing you. Will pass you around to different instructors because they overscheduled and will not have the courtesy of rescheduling or notifying you about anything.

I am not paying you to take a break on my valuable time. If they need a break they should NOT be scheduling lessons at that time. People who are going for trucking lessons are not made of money. They are low income and count every last penny so it can be used to get a better job. People depend on their livelihood for this and YOU EZ Wheels Instructors are screwing around with people. I don't know how this place...

I arrived early. One of the trainers, Victor, welcomed me with a huge smile. He was busy with another client, but didnt hesitate to offer a wealth of information about forklift jobs whos hiring and where and how to find jobs. For example the EZ Wheels facebook page posts about jobs and job fairs. He was helpful beyond belief. I was excited and relaxed at the same time thanks to his passion for the workfield, his love for his job, and how people friendly he is. I watched as he continued with his client and he was very helpful and reassuring of how he managed the machine.

Later on I met my trainer. Cant remember his name. So that says enough about him. He wasnt nearly as much a people person. Didnt seem to care much at all, really. But as I drove the machine, all I thought about were the instructions and support Victor gave his client. It help me get through the 2 hours fairly easy. I passed the test with flying colors.

In short. If this is the location you're having your test done, definitely ask if you can schedule with Victor. And dont forget to ask about...

I GIVE THIS SCHOOL 2 STARS AND THIS IS BEING NICE. I WENT TO THIS SCHOOL TO GET MY HUSBAND A GIFT CERTIFICATE SO THAT HE CAN OBTAIN HIS CDL A LICENSE. AT FIRST THE STAFF SEEMS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY BUT ALL THAT GOES OUT THE DOOR AFTER YOU START REALIZING THAT NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING, EVERYONE GIVES YOU A DIFFERENT ANSWER ABOUT THE CLASSES, PROCESS, LAWS, ETC. THEY KEEP ASKING YOU FOR THE SAME DOCUMENTATION BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS MISPLACE IT.

ON TOP OF THE WHOLE MESSY PROCESS WITH THEM BEFORE THE ROAD TEST. ON THE DAY OF THE ROAD TEST, MY HUSBAND MISSED THE TEST BECAUSE THE DRIVER OF THE SCHOOL TOOK HIM TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE! AND UNACCEPTABLE! AFTER HE WAS READY TO TAKE THE TEST. TOOK THE DAY OFF FROM WORK AND PROVIDED THE SCHOOL WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS PRIOR TO THE TEST DATE. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS FULL OF EXCUSES.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYBODY.
