The people here are always helpful, they send me coupons for $5 off, they have great sales with all you can put in a bag sale, and having an account at the store actually helps a lot when you're running there in a pinch. They have a lot to choose from at each location;howeverI believe the ocean city Maryland location is probably the most well stocked most well maintained store they have, however if they don't have it at 1 store they can ship it from another store in a hurry and you can have it sometimes the same day. As a superintendent for gillis gilkerson incorporated for over 20 years I used Rommel's Ace Hardware on a weekly and sometimes daily basis and not once was I ever let down. An absolute professional organization run by a great and qualified staff. Their stock is always new, and you may find different things at different locations for instance the ocean city may have more beach and condominium repair equipment as opposed to the Salisbury store which may have more building equipment. A wonderful alternative to the big Box stores. Give them a try I think you'll like each and every store they have, don't forget the ones in Delaware...

A clean and well stocked Ace hardware with excellent customer service. I had purchased a Big Green Egg (in NC) and found several cracks to the ceramic liners (prior to my move to Delaware.). Even though they hadn't sold me the BGE, one of the managers (Chuck) worked diligently to process my warranty claim. We encountered several problems with receiving broken/cracked parts during shipment from the distributor. His continued attention and communication with BGE and the regional distributor ensured that my cooker was ready for the BBQ season. Just bought a Weber grill. My first time at this Ace Hardware. They provided EXCELLENT customer service. Everyone was very customer oriented. They provided delivery and set up. My 4th Weber grill, each of the two original lasted over 15 years (the third one is 9 years old and at a different location..working great!). I highly recommend this Ace Hardware. Much more customer service oriented than the 'big'...
