The only reason y im giving it a 1 star is cause a worker there named nikki from williamsport got transfered to selinsgrove an she told her co workers that, to tell me that i will get my money back cause i supposed to pay them on july 1rst $79.74 back an the person name nikki told them that to tell me think that i will get it back but i wont get it back, thats not professional business an it makes people like me not want to do service any more with you guys. Last time when this had happened before that i got the money in the same day lest than a minute an then i already told them bout the auto pay that i didnt want it before they took me off of it an then added me back on auto pay without my permission. Thats also not professional business...

Horrible customer service. They sent my dryer back to me after keeping it for a month saying it was "out to service" but they never even sent it out. It is a fire hazard as its getting too hot and they gave it back to me after I paid it off and the warranty was almost out not even fixed. Then the delivery guy damaged it beyond recognition bringing it back into my house. The service manager is a joke, he spoke to my husband in a very rude standoffish manner instead of addressing the issue that he NEVER EVEN FIXED my dryer then sent someone to drop it off without an appliance cart. This place is a mess. I will NEVER...

When we went there we were picking up a xbox there and to take home that day. didn't really explain the contract besides where he had to sign. The person attending us didn't really pay attention to her customers, she was to interested in talking with her work coworkers. didn't really explain things that well and also not very informative on her product she was selling for example didn't know a xbox one x and xbox one series x were the total different things. And also I got a sony HDMI cord for a xbox like really my guy two total...
