Went for the final dress fitting and was treated horrible. They completely messed up the dress and when they were told about it, the woman shoved my daughter into the dressing room, and forcefully ripped the dress off of her. Then she had the nerve to give us attitude, told us she's over it, and we shouldn't have bought the dress. From the start they had to cut her out of the dress due to a zipper malfunction, they were supposed to put in a corset back instead of a zipper because of the material. After the woman assaulted my daughter I told them I wanted a refund and they only gave me half of my money back after charging me for a hem that was still too long, and the corset they put in to replace the zipper. The owner was told about how we were treated and did nothing about it because it was her sister. The corset was installed clear to the top of the butt area when it should've been only to the waist line. It puckered out, and looked like a jumbled mess when it was laced up. The straps were no longer even on the back and they claim that area was never touched ( the material was folded to install the corset). The bead work was missing some beads, others were loose, and they tore the mesh and bead line on the waist line putting in the unneeded corset. I will never return to this place. What a horrible experience. My daughter was crying after it was all over and didn't want to attend her prom. I hope this gets around so that nobody else has to go through this. Working with this shop was one of the most unpleasant parts of my overall wedding experience. There were multiple occasions that were all bad experiences. Long story short, when I got my dress altered I was ignored for a group of girls who were there to buy new dresses. I was stuck in a dressing room by myself half naked until they finished up. Then when a girl in my wedding dropped out, I called to see what I could do about the dress. My first visit, I told the one short haired blonde, not the owner, my concerns about another shop not doing returns and she said "we help our brides out if they need it" which obviously insinuated they would. So I decided to buy there. So while there was only a $20 deposit on a bridesmaids dress, I put down $100. When one of the maids never paid the rest of the dress and never picked it up, I called the same girl and she said the manager probably wouldn't do anything but they'd get back to me, which they never did. My husband talked to them the second time where they tried to refuse to pay back my extra deposit. The $20, I totally understand, it was mandatory, that's what it was for. But they also refused to give my extra $80. After he talked with them they agreed to give me $50 back. But If the first woman wouldn't have been so misleading, I wouldn't have put the extra money down in the first place. My only regret is walking into this place in the...

If I could give this place zero stars I would but it's not an option. My daughter is getting married next year. We had an appt and it started off that we had to wait 20 minutes past our appointment time. Ok. It happens. I kept a positive attitude. We were taken to the bridal area, which honestly looked like a thrift shop. We were told to go through the dresses ourselves and then went on to try on the dresses alone. I, as the mother, do not know how to clip the dresses to mimic the size that my daughter needs. I do not know what can be done for alterations. No one paid any attention to us at all. We might as well have gone wedding dress shopping at Walmart. The dresses were dirty and the trains were frayed from being drug around by people who don't know how to handle wedding dresses. We left after 20 minutes because it was a complete waste of our time. I hope this review saves someone from the colossal waste of time that this place is. Could my daughters perfect dress have been in there? Maybe, but we will never know. Not sure how this place stays in business. Also, a customer came in while we were there complaining loudly about the poor alterations that were done to her dress which also did not bode well for this establishment. Don't do it.
