Background: Our 5yr old Leather Sofa bought from Copenhagen Furniture, had a broken frame for sometime. Although the leather was in excellent condition, the frame had numerous breaks in the plywood. I used two 4x4 blocks to support the frame for several years.

Finally I decided to get this ol’ boy fixed and found Mark on Google. I had no idea if this experience was going to workout but just hoped for the best. I’m proud to say the experience exceeded expectations.

The plywood was replaced with hardwood and reinforced with metal supports. When the craftsman is confident in their work and tells you “this is guaranteed not to break”, it’s reassuring I made the right decision with Kratz Furniture Repair.

Kratz repaired a bed rail on our King size bed. The rail attachment to the headboard was broken and our bed had fallen to the floor. Kratz came to our house to retrieve the old rail and replaced it with a nearly identical rail. The color and grain of wood was very well matched and the rail was attached nicely to the headboard again. Turn around time was a week or so. The owner, Marc, was friendly and professional.
