This was one of the best parks that I've been to in a long time! You'll always find a little bit of trash because a lot of people don't know how to throw their trash away, but even with that it was very clean and the bathrooms weren't too bad either. The soap was out in one of the womens bathrooms and the doors didn't shut real well, but overall fairly clean especially compared to what I'm used to. The trails are super cool! And the historic site is so nice too! Some parts almost made you feel like you were in the Botanical Gardens. There were also like 3 or 4 different playgrounds and a basketball court and splash-pad. I live in Floresville but will definitely make another trip soon.

As for the park, it's great for all kids and teens. There's a nice playground and basketball court and splash pad! Very well kept! As for the walking trail in the back, nothing crazy cool about this spot. It's a good walk/hike short term. Watch for water and mudd on the trail along with your basic critters like snakes and spiders. It's not too busy with people on this end of the trail from what I've seen.

Stage stop is the entrance to the Harrison house historical site... you can check out my review from earlier today. Great trail for a short shaded walk and really great playground... didn't get pics today.... but they have 3 playgrounds and two pavilions that can be rented for the day. Rest rooms are well kept. Great place for a day at the park.

This place is sooooooooooooo great! We love the splash pad!! It's really fun to play here, even for parents! The kids have a blast every time! You can even book a party here, but the summer weekends are already booked so maybe try for next year's summer birthdays. On either side of the splashpad there are pavillions with picnic tables. One side is much larger than the other. The playground is awesome too & also has a pavillion! I love that the playground is covered & that there are some covered picnic benches to sit on & watch...

Had been at a park only 4 miles from here and had to leave due to a suspicious vehicle circling us (it was me and another mom and our kiddos). So we shot over here and were so happy we did so! There were other families around and there was an information center close by so there was the perfect a amount of traffic around. Kids loved it and we liked the covered picnic tables! Can't wait for the splash...
